His interest for developing infrastructure, and encouragement from his well wishers gave rise to his first infrastructure firm “J Sons & Company Ltd.”. From there on he went on to build many roads, buildings, warehouses, Railway Track Assemblies He staunchly believes in quality, and hard work in whatever endeavours he takes up. His creative strategies have further boosted the company sales in the all the Verticals of the Company. The HR department at JCL Infra Private Limited under his guidance has its hands full with organizing knowledge enhancement workshops and on-the-job training sessions to encourage its associates to advance steadily along the learning curve..

Passionate about making a difference in the Fabrication Sector, Mr Vishwa Vasu Gupta shaped “JCL Infra Private Limited.,”, and has taken it from strength to strength. He is honoured with the Executive Director of JCL Infra Private Limited, Mr Vishwa Vasu Gupta is a great team leader, and an expert in building Sales, Marketing & Service Back-up teams. He believes in working with a relentless passion and zeal to succeed and fulfill commitments. Mr Vishwa Vasu Gupta also holds the Key Portfolios of Finance, HR and Administration, in execution of which, he defines systems and policies, facilitates industry-academia linkages, looks after staff welfare, devises culture-building activities, designs and achieves CSR goals and ensures the operational readiness of the infrastructure facilities of JCL Group. His high levels of commitment are a constant fount of inspiration for team JCL GROUP. Mr Sandeep Gupta, Head of the Production & Operation for Fabrication Division, leads the Structural Heavy Fabrication Division, PEBS Division, hands on hand. Mr Sandeep Gupta has good Experience & Expertise in the Field of Fabrication for over 12 years & his key skills include 2D and 3D modelling and drafting, Manufacturing Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Finite Element Analysis, Structural calculations and Project Management. Mr Sandeep Gupta is a certified welding and coating inspector with over 10 years experiences in quality management in production, process or quality position in the steel structure manufacture, especially in offshore industry fabrication.Under his able stewardship, JCL Infra Private Limited., has grown exponentially, and now boasts of a client roster that is the toast of the industry.
